Charles Ernst is a seasoned professional with a diverse career path that began in the agricultural industry in 1997. In 2000, he transitioned into tech sales and solutions, showcasing his adaptability and business acumen. By 2005, Charles had ventured into the field of outsourced human resources, with a focus on consolidating employee workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll.
In 2008, Charles made a pivotal decision to co-found Ernst Consulting Solutions Inc., where he currently serves as the CEO and an insurance broker. At CoreVantage, his primary focus is on developing bespoke solutions for companies, aiding business owners in leveraging their insurance to maximize growth potential. Charles’s deep understanding of various industries, combined with his expertise in insurance, enables him to provide tailored advice and strategies that align with the unique needs of each business. Nathan Sanchez
Chief Information Officer
Nathan Sanchez is well-rounded member of our team who has demonstrated versatility and expertise in each industry he’s ventured into. Nathan Sanchez has developed a notable career across various sectors. Starting with a small stationery business at age 8, he showed early signs of a drive to help people. His journey in the restaurant industry led him to manage a fine-dining restaurant in San Francisco, reflecting his steady growth and commitment. In electronics retail, Nathan achieved consistent success, working as a department manager. His innovative approach was also evident in the pool-building industry, where he helped implement digital technologies. For the last 14 years, Nathan has been a dedicated professional in the insurance industry, focusing on personalized benefits. His varied experiences and skills contribute significantly to our team’s dynamics.
Joanna Ernst
VP of Business Development
Joanna Ernst is a dynamic professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology who began her career in the auto rental industry.In 2008, she co-founded Ernst Consulting Solutions Inc. alongside Charles Ernst, marking a significant shift in her career trajectory. Now at CoreVantage, Joanna’s primary focus is on generating opportunities for other companies to optimize their insurance resources through our firm. Her role involves developing and nurturing relationships with business owners, guiding them to effectively leverage their insurance for greater benefits. Joanna’s expertise lies in helping clients ‘see the light’ regarding how insurance can be a powerful tool for their businesses.
Erin Michal
Director of Operations
Erin Michal, who studied at California Baptist University in Philosophy and History, pivoted to insurance in 2015 and joined CoreVantage in 2017. Her dedication and enthusiasm have made her a key figure in our team, showcasing her professional expertise and deep commitment to our company’s values and community spirit. Jared Vegas
Business Development Representative
Jared Vegas is a versatile employee with achievements in both academic and extracurricular domains, including being a Reserve Grand Champion at the Kern County Fair in poultry and a Central Valley champion swimmer and water polo player. Professionally, he started in customer service at Gardner Supply Inc. and has since diversified into roles such as a Swim Instructor, Sales Representative, and Mortgage Loan Originator. Currently, at CoreVantage, Jared thrives as a Licensed Insurance Broker while completing his bachelor’s in history and business administration. His journey showcases his adaptability and commitment to excellence in various fields.
Keith Scheible
CSR Enrollment Specialist
A 1992 Bakersfield High School alumnus, served in the Air Force and Navy Reserve, participating in Operation Southern Watch and Operation Red Flag. He received several honors, including the Southwest Asian Medal and Good Conduct Medal. After military service, Keith entered the health insurance industry in December 2017 and is now a key member of the CoreVantage team, exemplifying dedication, and professional excellence.
Danelle Alteparmakian

Having relocated to Bakersfield in 1998 to pursue her academic dreams at Cal State Bakersfield, Danelle Alterparmakian swiftly distinguished herself. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Since joining CoreVantage in April 2022 as a Customer Service Representative, her unwavering commitment has been pivotal in ensuring clients receive exemplary service.
Toree Scheible

A standout graduate of Independence High School, Toree Scheible was honored with the Golden State Merit award early in her academic journey. She’s now approaching her graduation from Bryant and Stratton University in April 2024, specializing in Medical Reimbursement and Coding. Joining our team as a Claims Advocate in February 2023, Toree’s commitment and passion for our clients are evident in her work

A dedicated member of the CoreVanatage team since June 2021. Currently, Anna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Liberty University, consistently achieving Dean’s List recognition.
